I was concerned with shingles still rippled on north side of Quanset #1 - assured by owner Len (phone call) + Darcy (foreman) that these would secure when weather warmed up - if they blew off in the winter, CINL would repair.

Well, I just have to write this letter!!!!
Because....... I have seen roofers at work around me and know that we didn't get the "norm" when we got "our" crew!! My husband and I commented that we don't usually luck out like this. We normally are ready to pull our hair out before our "contracted" jobs get done.
Well this time it was our turn! My husband found "CINL Roofing Limited" online and Ken was out right away with the samples of shingles. His words "our crews stay with the job until it's done. We don't take any money until the job is finished and we have the walk around and you are satisfied with the job". Well that's pretty impressive to start with but now. even more impressive is that all of this is actually true!!!
We made the deal with Ken on a Thursday and we already had some of the equipment in our yard to start the job two days later. The crew came out and shoveled the snow off the roof and got started. Now I'm saying "you guys really don't have to work in this snow. It's going to be gone in about two days." (Normally we are trying to get people to work not the other way around). But they just laughed it off and got to work anyway.
Hats off to all your crew people! Man can they work! They got the job done in 8 days and were out of here. Besides being a crew of very pleasant people (every single one of them) they work like crazy and take pride in their workmanship. Bob & I are very pleased and happy with how everything went from start to finish. And we love the "New Look". We are getting e-mails from the neighbors saying they like our "New Look" as well. I guess that's important too as they see it more than we do. Ha.
Again a Big Thank you! I was dreading this but you sure proved to me that this didn't have to be the case. If you would like a letter of recommendation or if anyone would like to just give us a call being that we have experienced your work first hand you are most welcome have potential customers call us if they wish to do so.
